Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of the trip, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:


















If you are planning to join us on this trip, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside a select number of rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES - THERE ARE 3 REQUIRED PAYMENTS
(FEBRUARY 1, MARCH 27 AND MAY 20)

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION IS FEBRUARY 1, 2026. A DEPOSIT EQUIVALENT TO 10% OF YOUR RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF THE RESERVATION INVOICE BEING SENT TO YOU. PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ADD FLIGHTS OR TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE TO YOUR PACKAGE, YOUR DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT WILL INCREASE.

- A SECOND PAYMENT OF 30% OF YOUR RESERVATION COSTS IS DUE ON MARCH 27, 2026.

- THE FINAL PAYMENT FOR ANY REMAINING BALANCE ON YOUR RESERVATION IS DUE ON MAY 20, 2026.

ANY LATE PAYMENTS FOR THE 2ND DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT ARE SUBJECT TO A $50/PERSON PENALTY FEE. WE WILL SEND OUT PAYMENT REMINDERS A WEEK PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE.
